I began working with them in 2000 at my first restaurant in Philadelphia and they have always been my go to. I honestly can't say enough great things about this Company, we have been using them at Southern Cross Kitchen in Conshohocken and they hit every box for us. We call and they get right back to us, they give me a time frame when they arrive and they are there. They never do anything without full extensive details on what the problem is, options to repair/replace or timeframe you have before you need to. Our restaurant has had a couple nightmare situations with previous hoods. Lowest cost companies can’t compare. Commercial Kitchen Ventilation came through in a great way during our latest kitchen renovation. Not only was the hood of great quality they nailed our timeline. Dan was well equipped to handle any and all challenges that our old building presented. His team worked seamlessly with the other contractors on the job to ensure that the Hood was exactly what we wanted. And now we have our dream hood. Dan was able to fix a non-functioning hood that had been improperly installed before we called him. He got everything up to code, worked around our restaurant’s hours and installed it quickly.
